My 2013 SUV has been coming here for over 13 years, and I am glad I took this recommendation from the previous owner. These guys are the best, hard to find an honest shop but they have always been fair and service is always top notch!!! Front desk saw staff is great and Marcio treats you like family.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Today I saw a lot of new faces. Marcio and Jay treated me real good. Address my concerns and questions. Jay went over my report with me and gave me a detailed explanation of my issues. I felt comfortable making another appointment to spend money I hate spending. Marcio made sure I left satisfied with my overall experience. Great team, would highly recommend this shop. They have treated me fairly for so many years and the new team did not disappoint.

The A/C in my car conked out in 109* weather. I called Chris at Kelly Automotive and he told me to bring it in right away. They diagnosed the issue, fixed it quickly and I was back on the road. This is why Kelly Automotive in Mesa is my go-to shop. Thanks guys!

I had a detailed request to do complete maintenance on my 95 F-150. It has been 31 years for a couple of my coolant hoses. I had decided to do full maintenance on my whole cooling system. Anything that held coolant got replaced, 31 ur old fan clutch, thermostat and even a new radiator. Wont have to worry about a sneaky hose blowing out in the middle of nowhere. Chris was professional and courteous. He took my list and had everything done that I had requested, workmanship was neat and tidy. Kelly Automotive is my shop of choice to help me maintain my 95 F-150 225,000 + miles and still counting Thank You to Everyone who works at Kellys Automotive Great Team !

we took our car in for a ac problem and had it checked and the compressor was bad had to be replaced and at this time the battery was gone so had it replaced and Kelly's also did a inspection and told us more about other little problems that could occur later down the road.....as always a great experience

I take my car here everytime it needs something. From the brakes squeaking a little bit to needing A/C redone they do it all. Theyre honest and work efficiently. Jeff is great at communicating the problems and giving his feedback on what the next steps are. I feel comfortable and confident that the work is honest and done right each time.

Great communication and status updates. I took my 2021 Toyota to this location for a 100k mile checkup based on a neighbor's recommendation for honesty and fairness. I received a very thorough evaluation of the vehicle and recommendations for just a few necessary service items. Very nice waiting room, clean restroom, friendly staff.

For years, we have taken our vehicle to Kelly Automotive for all maintenance issues. Not once have we ever had a problem. The team in the front office is very professional and knowledgeable. The team servicing the vehicles is competent, knowledgeable and thorough. All costs are provided upfront so there are never any surprises and if something is found during the initial inspection, we are notified, with pricing, prior to the work being done. Kelly Automotive is a very clean and organized facility and we are thankful for their service. A special thanks to Dale and Marcio in the front office who are longtime employees and who clearly put the customer first.
